·
Employees
who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person - not
just an employee - are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled.
Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability.
·
Employees are a company's greatest
asset - they're your competitive advantage. You want to attract and retain the
best; provide them with encouragement, stimulus, and make them feel that they
are an integral part of the company's mission.
·
If there is to be peace in our
industrial life let the employer recognize his obligation to his employees - at
least to the degree set forth in existing statutes.
·
Employees are your most valuable
assets. They are the heart and guts of a company. This doesn't mean that from
time to time, you aren't going to do what is good for the company.
The
magic formula that successful businesses have discovered is to treat customers
like guests and employees like people.
